Situated at 808 Howell St, this culinary gem beckons locals and travelers alike with its richly crafted menu, highlighting the essence of authentic Italian dining.

The standout on their menu is an ode to Italy’s beloved staples — from the irresistibly crispy Calamari and wood-fired Margherita Pizza to the comfortingly creamy Spaghetti Carbonara. If you crave bold flavors, the Carne Pizza offers a robust taste of savory, processed meats, balanced by the earthy notes of their mushroom, arugula, and pesto pizza creation. Foodies on gluten-free diets will appreciate thoughtful options like the Gluten Free Pizza and accommodating staff who take great care to honor dietary needs. The vegan offerings don't disappoint either — the Vegan Bruschetta with dairy-free cheese or the vibrant Orange Beet Radicchio salad deliver creative, plant-based dishes crafted with local, fresh ingredients.

Breakfast at Andare Kitchen & Bar is equally enticing, featuring “made to order” signature omelets such as the Seattle GF with smoked salmon and whipped herb cream cheese, or the hearty Vegan Platter combining Just Egg® omelet and Beyond Meat® breakfast sausage. This thoughtful breakfast lineup ensures a flavorful start to any day in the city.

Beyond the food, Andare exudes a welcoming, lively dining atmosphere ideal for families, couples, and solo travelers. Reviewers frequently praise the accommodating and attentive service team—especially wonderful when dining with little ones, as one guest fondly noted how the staff doted on their toddler throughout the meal. The ambience buzzes with genuine energy during popular events like Seattle Pizza Week or March Madness evenings, making every visit a memorable occasion.

To complement the flavorful fare, Andare’s curated cocktail list shines. Signature handcrafted cocktails, including the Boulevardier and Espresso Martini, coupled with a fine selection of draft beers and approachable wines, create the perfect pairing for rich Italian dishes without the pretense. Patrons appreciate the thoughtful yet accessible beverage options that enhance their dining experience.

With generous portions and expertly balanced flavors, Andare Kitchen & Bar offers more than just a meal—it delivers a heartfelt journey through Italy in the heart of Seattle. Whether you're indulging in their signature meatball hoagie for lunch, savoring the layered richness of baked ziti for dinner, or starting fresh with a flavorful omelet in the morning, each bite is crafted with passion and authenticity. For those seeking a memorable taste of Italy with attentive hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere, Andare Kitchen & Bar is a must-visit destination.

Great experience here with a toddler. The staff were incredibly friendly and doted on little Miss the whole dinner. Portions are very generous. Our toddler got a children's pizza... Spoiler: it's a whole normal sized pizza with cheese baked to crispy deliciousness. Wine wasn't pretentiously selected but paired great. I had the spaghetti with clams and really enjoyed it. We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel restaurant!

Italian restaurant located inside Hyatt Regency Seattle on the first floor just as you enter the building. The food was good, better than expected, especially if you like italian cuisine. Their garlic focaccia bread was delicious. The staff was not very attentive, which was not surprising given the location. The price is also on the higher end, slightly more than you would expect. Overall good experience but nothing memorable to bring you back.

We tried the breakfast here on both a weekday and a weekend morning, and the experiences were quite different. On the weekend, the restaurant was very busy with a 30-minute wait that required signing up via Yelp. In contrast, there was no wait during the week. The staff was clearly hustling but did their best to manage the rush. The food itself was adequate, but the menu felt limited. The buffet option was particularly basic, with a quality and selection on par with a mid-range hotel chain. For a better experience, we recommend ordering a specific dish from the à la carte menu instead of opting for the buffet.

Although I wasn’t staying at this hotel for my conference, I decided to try their restaurant and had the carne pizza. It was great. I agree with past reviewers it was salty, but that’s the process of having processed meat on a pizza. The flavour was good. March Madness on a Saturday night meant it was a busy spot, but the service was great, and the people added to the fun atmosphere.

Nice restaurant, accommodating service, and tasty food, at a reasonable price! The managers Loren, Maddie, and Mark and Chef Katy accommodated gluten free, dairy free, poultry free, and hot/cooked food without salt, within my budget ($18 for lunch and dinner respectively and $12 for breakfast). They even arranged to bring ingredients to make the dishes they do not serve, to help me survive and function during a conference. Chef Katy's clams and rice tasted wonderful. I had the clam dish every day. Their pizza looked so good, so I tried even though that was not the arranged plan. The best gluten free and dairy free pizza I've ever had. They also brought the pizza on a metal plate with 2 layers to help the water from the hot pizza not make the pizza soggy. The same price for gluten free and dairy free pizza as the regular pizza ($21) is a big plus as well. The couches were comfortable, and being able to see people making doughs was fun as well. I hope they will continue to serve gluten free and dairy free pizzas.

Sooo good!! We are visiting for PAX and stopped by for lunch. Our server, Alexander went above and beyond! I ordered tomato soup and garlic bread, my boyfriend got spaghetti and meatballs. We also ordered the PAX special drinks. They were out of the redbull I wanted, and Alexander went and found one for me and asked if I still wanted my drink! Amazing food, amazing service, and amazing atmosphere. Will likely stop in for dinner as well!
